He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richards and Joanne Richards; and his brother Kevin Richards. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Richards (Megan), Hannah Reynolds (Lucas) and Justin Richards; his grandchildren, Charlotte and Palmer; and his children, Gracie, Gunner and Ace.
A memorial gathering was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service (2442 IL-121, Decatur, IL 62526).
