He was predeceased by: his parents, E. L. Forrest and Inetter Forrest (Purnell); his son Kevin Forrest; his first love Debra Forrest; his siblings, Diana Ard, Shirley Jean Forrest and Trenney; his sister-in-law Margie Forrest; and his granddaughter Taylor Little.

He is survived by: his daughter Shontrale Williams; and his brother Donnell (Queen).
