He is survived by: his parents, Denise Moore and Christopher Moore; his brother Kolton (Lauren Moore); his niece Lily; his nephews, Walker and Westen; his aunts and uncles, Doug Mayberry, Linda Strohl, Kay (Dave Folden) and Cary (Cindy Moore); and his cousins, Zach, Joel and Christopher.
