He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eugene and Olive Fern Meredith (Cox); and his wife Madonna Lee Dowd. He is survived by: his children, Kennette Chenoweth (Ron), Chelie Petri (Jamie) and Larry Meredith (Melissa); his grandchildren, Nichole Mercer (Jerod), Dustin Chenoweth (Tessa), Brittany Payne (Adam), Jordan Meredith (Jami), Tyler Petri (Morgan), Travis Petri (Holly), Jamison Petri, Paige Tippit (Ridge) and Devon Meredith; and his sisters, Karla Thomas (Arla) and Darlene Stobaugh. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
