He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Charles Moyer and Irene Marsh Moyer; his son Todd LeRoy Moyer; and his son-in-law Von Haas. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Moyer; his children, Kimberly Haas, Kelly Jo Nichols (Doug), Jeffrey Oost (Jenny) and Gregory Oost (Lisa); his grandchildren, James Oost (Hannah), Erica, Brianna Haas, Kylie, Kierstin Nichols, Elizabeth and Emma Oost; his sister Delores Coventry (Donald); and his sibling's children, Angel Wilson and Troy Wilson of Decatur, Illinois..
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in LeRoy's honor to Tabernacle Baptist Church or The Salvation Army.
