As we bid adieu to Lisa Ann's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Lisa Ann has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her father Harold Sarver; her stepfather Robert Fombelle; and her sister Cheryl White. She is survived by: her mother Linda Fombelle; her husband Patrick Helphrey; her children, Doug Clements (Leisha), Josh Clements and Alicia Woods; and her sisters, Laurie Ellis and Julie Bolt. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Decatur Church of God (4500 W Main St, Decatur, IL 62522).
