She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Russell and Geneva Russell (Williams). She is survived by: her husband Charles Pat Shay; her siblings, Gloria Francis Evans (Russell) and Carl Russell Jr. (Dorthy); her son Dennis Patrick Shay; her grandchildren, Daniel Russell Shay and Michelle Ann Shay of Louisville, Kentucky; her daughter Linda Lora Lynch (Shay) of Walters; her grandson Taylor Shay Lynch (Jamie) of Nora; her great grandchildren, Tatum Lee Lynch, Ada Lace Lynch and Kane William Lynch; her granddaughter Lakin Lynn Bohac (Delayne) of Seward Nebraska; and her great grandchildren, Hattie Bohac, Lainey Bohac and Maggie Bohac.
Lora would request donations to Columbia Missouri American Legion Women's Auxiliary in lieu of flowers.
