He was predeceased by: his parents, Loran Franklin Settle, Sr. and Mary A. Settle (Stradley); his wife Joyce R. Roach; and his daughter Lana Cycotte. He is survived by: his children, Laura Brandt (Marvin) of Las Vegas, NV, Leisa Jordan (Mark) of Decatur and Scott Mansfield of Decatur; and his siblings, William Settle (Cheryl) of Dalton City and Alverna Settle of Elkhart. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
