He is survived by: his son James Frank (Misty Hammer) of Decatur, IL; his siblings, George Frank of Harristown, IL and Marcie Skelton (Dennis) of Cerro Gordo, IL; his girlfriend Joann "Jo" Curtis of Forsyth, IL; his nieces, Katie Lobano (Frank) and Leilani Muhr; his grandchildren, Donovan James Frank, Hayli Brianne Fielden (Samuel) and Gunner Wayne Frank; and his great grandchildren, Ryker and Brynlee Fielden.
