It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Loyd (Decatur, Illinois), who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael Loyd to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth D. Loyd. He is survived by: his mother Betty Loyd (Dalton); his wife Candy Janus; his daughter Lindsey Marie Loyd; his stepchildren, Carrie Brennan (Jamie) and Tyler Janus (Cyndi); his siblings, Steven Loyd (Kimberly) and Tamara Workman (Edward); his grandchildren, Logan, Finn Brennan, Avery and Ella Janus; his niece Megan Loyd Cram (Zachary); his nephews, Clayton and Tristan Workman; and his great-nephew Silas Cram.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lodge Church of God.
