He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Mary; his wife Angeline; and his siblings, Norman Richard, William Dane, Sina Marie, Daisy Lindsey, Mary Shuff Harshman and Patrick.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele O'Connor (Joseph); his grandsons, Patrick, Daniel (Micayla) and Brendan O'Connor; and his brother-in-law Pete Grosso (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
