She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Anthony and Thelma Easter Strader (Allen); her brother James Duane "J. D." Strader; her in-laws, Archie Dague, Gayle Strader and Marsha Strader; her husbands, Dan and Allan Kent Coy; and her daughter Erika Coy Dial.
She is survived by: her in-laws, Allen Strader (Jeanne), June England (Donald), Nelson Strader (Edna), Duane Strader (Sabina), Dolores Dague (Archie), Michael Strader (Gayle), Norman Strader (Marsha) and Daniel Strader (Linda); her children, David Kent Coy of Decatur, Diana Snyder (Butch) of Decatur, Kevin Coy (Judy) of Barton, Karen Stock (late Brian) of Decatur and Ellen Baker (Howie) of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Tony Snyder (Melissa), Keely Fiore (Joe), Joey, Vinny, Romi and John Allen (Andrea); Matt Dial (Tina) of Mt. Zion. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other family members, cousins, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association in memory of Myra or The Central Illinois Cancer Care Specialists Charitable Fund in memory of Erika Coy Dial.
