She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dillow and Virginia Burkham Dillow; and her brother Robert T. Dillow. She is survived by: her daughter Sally Finney of Springfield, IL; her grandsons, Michael Finney (Tatiana), Daniel Finney, John Finney (Shanna) and Stephen Finney (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Jack Finney, William Finney, Cooper Finney and Drew Finney; and her nephew Robert A. Dillow.
