He was predeceased by: his parents, August Rosenberger and Olive Rosenberger; his brother Clark (Betty) of Asheville, NC; his nephew Allan; and his brother-in-law Elvon Fulton of Arthur, IL..
He is survived by: his wife Verlyn Kay Fulton of Decatur; his children, Chad (Rebecca) of Knoxville, TN, Kim of Apache Junction, AZ and Jill Powers of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Michael (Jessica) of Highland Village, TX, Seth (Haley) and Kristy O'Connor (Adam) of Knoxville, TN; and his niece Diane Slater (Brad) of Pineville, NC. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (204 W Prairie Ave, Decatur, IL 62523). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
