He is survived by: his cousin Frank Bilyeu; his wife Anna; his children, Kimberly Golladay (JJ), David McBride (Tammy), Brian McBride (Jennie) and Ryan Andes; and his siblings, Kathy Caylor (Bruce), Lois Watkins and Mark Andes. He is also survived by 11 Grandkids, and 3 great grandchildren.
