He was predeceased by: his mother Della Mae Hayes. He is survived by: his father Raymond D. Taylor of Decatur; his son Maki Wiley of Decatur; his sisters, Sheila Hayes of Decatur, Elaine Taylor of Decatur and Cora Taylor of Decatur; his close friend Annie Garrett; his godmother Dorothy Strong; and his aunts, Ethel Currie and Gussie Reed. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Randle's memory can be made to Bright Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church or Mamie D. Hayes Educational Foundation.
