She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Francis Neff and Jacqueline Neff (Finley); her husband James "Jim" Dale Bland; and her sisters, Sandra Smith and Linda O'Dell.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Cannon (Clay) of Decatur, IL; her grandchildren, Cody (Chelsie) of Decatur, IL, Austin of Decatur, IL and Sydney of Decatur, IL; her great grandchildren, Gracie Webb, Liam Cannon and Kayden Cannon; and her sisters, Debbie Clark (Anthony) of Decatur, IL and Pam Rife of Athens, GA..
