He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Lowery (Mike), Steve Altherr (Kathy), Jane Blankenship (Ron) and Tim Altherr (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Seth (Shauna), Evan (Anina), Jordan (Abby), Erik (Lorena), Jared (Cindy), Kristin (Mike), Derek (Anne), Ross (Gabby), Ryan and Christopher. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
