He is survived by: his wife Velma Jean Schuster of Decatur, IL; and his sons, Troy Kitchens (Tammy) of Rock Island, TN, Jeffrey Kitchens (Jeania) of Mesa, AZ and Timothy Kitchens (Lisa) of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
