He is survived by: his mother Laura Cundiff (Smith) of Decatur, IL; his sisters, Amy Stolz of Decatur, Mandy Stolz-Leigh of Decatur, IL, Lisa Stolz of Decatur, IL and Erica Cundiff of Decatur, IL; and his cousin Bruce Stolz Jr.. He is also survived by several other cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
