Shirley Ann Porter Obituary
We announce the death of Shirley Ann Porter of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of 85. Shirley Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Nichols and Mabel Nichols; her former husband Levi Porter; and her grandsons, Ryan Storm and Brock Hill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Jobe (Steve) of Peoria, AZ, Nita Kaiser (Neal) of Warsaw, IN and Tina Miller (Ken); and her grandchildren, Tony Hill (Megan), Amanda Foege (Adam), Alyssa Arcaya, Brittany Chappell (Charles) and Courtney Procarione (Tyler). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service (2442 IL-121, Decatur, IL 62526).
