She is survived by: her son Doug Cummins of Arlington, Texas; her sister Loretta Michael; and her grandchildren, Ryan Cummins, Samantha Cummins, Rebecca Salinas, Trista Pryer, Jason Cummins, Joe Nichols, Jim Nichols and Jamie Nichols.
