He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Ann of Mierek; and his sisters, Dorothy Torrens and Geraldine Holloway. He is survived by: his wife Leilani; his son Jason Mierek; his brother Ronald Mierek (Betty); and his granddaughter Veronica Mierek. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
