He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Boliek and Ruth Boliek; his former wife Mary; his sister Carlotta; and his son Kelly Boliek.
He is survived by: his daughter Mollie Boliek-Crews (Deron); his fiancé B. J. Wade of Decatur; and his siblings, Mike Boliek (Alice) of Decatur and Becky Bailey of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Day Community Church (4191 Greenswitch Rd, Decatur, IL 62526).
