She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Hicks and Edmond Hicks; and her brother Tom. She is survived by: her husband Fred Black; her sons, Ted Smith (Raquel) and Tyler Smith (Jessy); her grandchildren, Ramon, Danesia, Jane, Quincy, Elle and Kai; her sisters, Rhonda, Jan, Roberta, Jeanne, Edmunda and Tammy; and her extended family, Lyn, TJ, Trent and Tristan.
