He is survived by: his parents, Thomas J Neeley (Tisha) of Decatur and Laura E Gilpin (Smith-Neeley) of Taylorville; his sister JoEllyn Jones (Cory) of Decatur; his stepsister Carly Birch of Decatur; his nieces and nephews, Taylor Gaither (Austin) of Decatur, Tessa Neeley of Metamora, IL, Brianna McDermith of Decatur, Destiny Perry, Dakota McDermith of Decatur, Austin Perry and Nicholas Minor; his great-nieces, Sami, Madi and Autumn; his great-nephew James; and his grandparents, Jerry and Peggy Neeley of Decatur. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and close cousins.
