He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Cindy Cundiff (Brian); his grandchildren, Dustin and Kaysey; his great grandchildren, Sycani, Kynsleigh, Jason and John; his stepdaughter Angela Howard; and his stepgranddaughters, Samantha and Holly. He is also survived by seven step great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
