Viola Marie Runyen Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Viola Marie Runyen of Decatur, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Elmer Hawkins and Wanetta Marie Hawkins (White); her husband Clarence F. "Ike" Runyen; and her son-in-law Jerry Brennan. She is survived by : her daughters, Karen Thrall (Steve) of Maroa, IL, Sally Brennan of Decatur, IL, Valerie Jenkins (Chuck) of Loraine, IL and Becky Graff (Alan) of Loraine, IL; her grandchildren, Angie Patch, Lisa Hancock (Troy), Wendy Fraysure (Steve), Leslie Brennan (Nic), Joe Brennan (Beth), Thera Green (Eric), Ashley Shriver (Matt), Molly Graff (David) and Jon Graff; her brother-in-law Chuck (Judy Runyen); and her great great grandchild Keeley Quick. She is also survived by thirty six great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
