He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Lourash; his daughter Jeena Lee Melton; and his siblings, Jim Allen, Buzz Allen, Robert Allen, Pauline Ackles, Ann Trent, Eva George and Katherine Marler.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda McCulley (John) of Bloomfield, MO, William Michael Allen (Lisa) of Bloomfield, MO and Pattie Ketterer (Charles) of Cahokia, IL; his grandchildren, Kella Melton, Kourtenie Kinney, Samantha Stotler (Jake), Sarah Andrea (Tim), Johnna Scharr (Zach), Jonathan Allen, Jonathon Pillow (Jade), Priscilla Ketterer, Joshua Ketterer and Cheyenne Ketterer; and his caregivers, Carrey and Pat. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
