He is survived by: his father Donald Atherton Lacey; his wife Carolyn Ann Lacey; his children, Jessica Ann Lacey Prince (Brian) and William Edgar Lacey Jr. (Kristin); his grandchildren, Charles William, James Lowell, Harper Elise, Victoria Terese and Oliver William; and his siblings, Donna Thomas, Patricia Thompson, Beverly Thompson, Jeffery Thompson, Mary Thompson and Vicky Carter.
