He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Clark and Belonda E. Clark Sr. (Gattis); his wife Mary Ann Capshaw; his sister Isabelle Clark; and his son-in-law Micah Kern.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Kern, Amanda Clark-Mikolajczyk (William) and Thomas Clark III (Nasiba); and his grandchildren, Christopher Hartman, Stephen Hartman, Amber Kern, Alexander Kern, Alyssa Kern, Liam Mikolajczyk, Logan Mikolajczyk and Elias Clark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made at any CEFCU to help his family with expenses.
