It is with sadness that the passing of Constance Yaffe of Deerfield, Illinois is shared. Constance, born on June 25, 1934, passed away on August 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Yaffe; her parent Sarah Sucherman; and her sister Linda Landau. She is survived by: her sister Connie; her children, Janice Small (Richard), Philip Yaffe (Lisa) and Howard Yaffe (Erika); her grandchildren, Jonathan Small (Lisa), Aaron Small, Gabriel Small, Ethan Small, Nyx Borealis (Lyra Spenser), Benjamin Yaffe, Samuel Yaffe, Eli Yaffe and Harper Yaffe; and her great grandchild Levi Small.
