We are sad to announce that, on December 21, 2025, at the age of 80, John Walter Reid of Deerfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth D. Reid; his sons, Michael (Margaret Reid), Thomas (Akima Reid) and James (Kristina Reid); and his grandchildren, Ian Reid, Shadow Reid, Ava Reid, Addison Reid, MJ Reid and Riley Reid. He was also cherished by father to his three daughters-in-law.
