He was predeceased by: his wife Inez; his parents, Florence Samuels and Irving Samuels; his sibling Shelwin Samuels (late Roaslie); and his siblings-in-law, Rivian Nardick (late Norman) and Donna Cohen (late Wallace).

He is survived by: his children, Henry Samuels (Candy), Phillip Samuels (Judy), Susan Rotman (Irwin), Zaddie (Leah) of Marc, Katie Samuels, Avi Samuels, Stuart, Aaron, Melissa Rotman and Jessica Quenette (Kim); his brother Dr. Arnold Samuels (Lois); and his family Passover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
