He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrios Xintaris and Andromachi Xintaris; and his sibling Costas (Rachel). He is survived by: his spouse Levvy; his children, Kelly and Jim (Angela); his grandson William; and his siblings, Spyros and Pelos (Roma).
