He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelita (Lauer) and William A. Marquardt, Jr.; and his father-in-law Thomas Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Marquardt; his children, Brett and Kathryn; his mother-in-law Mary; Rosemary Pettigrew, Thomas Farmer (Karen), Tim Farmer (Celeste) and Ann Thacker (Kevin).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to purchase a tree in Deerfield (site to be determined).
