She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Walter and Grace Myra Leonhard (Mahaffey); her husband Jerome Peter Berkes; her daughters, Eileen M. Berkes and Carol Shew; her grandson Jeffery Shew; and her great grandchild Caleb Tewksbury.
She is survived by: her sons, John Berkes (Donna) and Sam Berkes (Kathy); her grandchildren, John Shew (Heather), Nathan Shew, Elizabeth McMaster (Tanner), Michelle Berkes (Tyler Southern), Matthew Berkes, Bridget Tewksbury and Amanda Berkes; her great grandchildren, Rowan, Charlie, Ethan Shew, Caroline McMaster, Cayden, Chloe and Calli Tewksbury; and her son-in-law Ed Shew.
