She is survived by: her children, Michael Dequin (Linda), Rebecca Vrtis (Richard), Rachel England and Mark Dequin (Debbie); her grandchildren, Nicole Robinson, Matthew, Eric Vrtis, Elizabeth Arsenault, Nathan Dequin, Melissa LaTulip, Danielle Dequin, Nicole Homick, Tiffany Lay and Patrisha Roeske; her great grandchildren, Scarlett, Gatlin Robinson, Owen, Nora Vrtis, Andrew, Caden Arsenault, Kollin, Lilyana Dequin, Xaida LaTulip, Cameron, Isabelle Homick, Jenna Blackwell, Xavier Lay, Colton, Cody Roeske and Veda Kay Vrtis; and her caregivers, Jerzy "George" Mysliwiec and Miriama Nasivo.
