She was predeceased by: her parents, Father Chroistos Kavalleros and Irene Kavalleros (Diakomihalis); and her son James P. Halikias. She is survived by: her sons, Menas "Mickey" Halikias of DeKalb and Steve Cusamano of DeKalb; her daughter-in-law Janet Halikias of Naperville; her grandsons, Peter, Justin and Christian; and her siblings, Bessie, Maria, Frances, Calliope, Minas and Zoe.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the St. George Philoptochos.
