She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin O. Stirlen and Wanda Stirlen (Root); her daughter Cay Lynne; her siblings, Patrick Stirlen, Rosemary Smith and Norma Roady; and her grandchildren, Ronald Salisbury and Amber Salisbury.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Jane of Roscoe, IL and Christine Sue; her husband Tom of DeKalb; her daughter Christe of Sycamore; her grandchildren, Joshua McCrea (Fallon) of Port Orchard, WA and Stephanie Browning (Tom Reece) of Ankeny, IA; her great grandchildren, Sabastein Chaney-McCrea of Sycamore, Presley, Bailey McCrea of Port Orchard, WA, Hatie Jane Alexander of Sycamore, Eysis and Mabel Adams of DeKalb; and her siblings-in-law, Jim, Dee McCrea of Ft. Wayne, IN and Nina Stirlen of Garret, IN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the Barb McCrea memorial fund in care of Finch Funeral Home. Memorial funds will be donated to the United Methodist Women's Group and Serenity Hospice and Home in Oregon, IL.
