He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kirkpatrick; his sons, William Miller of Iowa and Kirk Miller of DeKalb; his granddaughter Delilah Miller of Iowa; and his siblings, Alison Sturgul of Australia and David Miller (Lea) of Florida.
