He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie E. Rogers (Rector) and Frank W. Rogers; his wife Patricia Isham (Patsy); and his siblings, Bessie, Jiles, Thomas, Annie, Dovey, Beulah, Lorraine and Ivan.
He is survived by: his children, Debra A. Scott (Thomas) of Sycamore, Douglas J. Rogers (Kristin) of Tyler, Steve D. Rogers (Stacey) of Hilliard, Wanda S. Hall (Charlie) of Nicholasville and Del W. Rogers (Heather); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Lee, Kenton, Michelle, Melissa, Myla, Andrew, Callie, Sean, Caroline, Heather, Emma and Noel. He is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
