She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Mullins and Brown; her son Gregory Harold; and her siblings, French, Judge Howard, Jack, Dwight, Douglas, Mack Mullins, Helen Austin, Mabel Spradlin, Shelby Smith and Nell Flood.
She is survived by: her siblings, Harold Mullins (Sheila) of West Virginia, Nancy Romans (Dave) of Kentucky, Elsie Blankenship of Sycamore and Gail Harding (Dale) of West Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.
