He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Faith (Ebbesen); his daughters, Diane Ewald (Ron) and Kathy Cook; his grandchildren, Masen, JaNae and Mitchell (Mikhail); his parents, Leland Cook and Margaret Cook; and his siblings, Carol Maakastad, Jerry and Gail.
