She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas W. Madison; and her brothers, Almon J. and Roger S. Teachout. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Madison (Cindy) of Fayetteville and Judy Brame (Dan) of Libertyville, IL. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
