She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lingle and Clara Lingle (Powles); and her husband Robert L. Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Gary Hawkins (Gayle), Cheryl Hamilton (Stan), Sue Smith (Tom) and Robert K. Hawkins. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; also several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (2011 S 4th St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Fairview Park Cemetery (1600 S 1st St, DeKalb, IL 60115).
