He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Little and Viola Little; his siblings, Melba Bacon (Don) and Donald Little (Dottie); and his nephew Bob Little.

He is survived by : his wife Sandra Loveless of Palmyra, Illinois.; his daughter Susan Parks (Bob) of Marseilles; his nephew Kevin Bacon (Jan) of Virden; and his nieces, Carol Dawson of Virden and Lisa Edward (Greg) of Girard.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (830 N Annie Glidden Rd, DeKalb, IL 60115). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church Memorial Garden or to Tails Humane Society in DeKalb in memory of Howard Little.
