He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Simmons, Jr. and Leora Lorraine Milton; his wife Cora Simmons; his daughters, Debra Volmer (Mark), Tina Bernson (Joel), Jordan Pulda (Erich), Rebecca Simmons and Olivia Simmons; his brothers, Robert Simmons (Janet) and David Simmons (Dianne); his grandchildren, Matthew Volmer (Narielle), Kyle Volmer (Jessalin), Tiffany Howard (Zeke), Michael Howard and Brittney Armenta (Leo); and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Daemyn, Rhyker, Caeden, Addison and Riley.
