He is survived by: his parents, Michael and Carolyn; his siblings, Kristina Rutherford (Eric) and Thomas Nolan (Felicia); his grandparents, Emer Rice (Linda), Walter Spears (Ruby) and Barbara Smithey; and his great-grandparents, Rebecca Bonnichsen, Boyce Smithey, John Rice (Margaret) and Alma Spears. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
