Janice Jean (Bailey) Madsen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Jean (Bailey) Madsen (DeKalb, Illinois), who passed away at Bethany Rehabilitation and Healthcare center on December 18, 2019 after battling stomach cancer. She leaves behind a daughter Lisa Madsen. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Bruce Madsen, a nephew David Bailey, and her mom Lela Ehly. Janice worked at Walmart from November 2000 to January 2013. She also worked at West elementary school in Sycamore and baked cookies for the Sycamore school district until 1999. Jan was a very friendly person and knew many people in the community. She’s loved and greatly missed and appreciate. Cremation was provided by Care Memorial and Cremation.
